Da Hong Pao
It belongs to oolong tea, produced in Fujian,Wuyi Mountain of northern, with special fragrance & mellow taste.
Character:
tight appearance, color green brown, water color bright & orange, the leaves revealed red and green. The most prominent is the mellow aroma with orchid fragrance, high flavor lasting long. It could be brewed seven or eight times, still maintain the flavor.
History:
It is the tribute tea to emperors. At first, it grows on the cliffs of the Wuyi hillside. To pick it to dedicate to emperors, ancient people specially live near the tea trees for long to look after and wait the harvest.
