Fujian Tie Guan Yin
History: It is produced in Fujian Province. According to the old legend, in Qing Dynasty, a very famous monk first began to cultivate the tea and make this special tea. He gave the tea to Buddha called “Guan Yin”, who is a most kind-hearted god in china, so this elegant and holy tea is symbolizing wisdom and harmony. Gradually, this tea became popular and famous for its high strong fragrance and rich mellow taste. And also the story spread into Emperor Qianlong, the emperor enjoyed this tea, he deeply attracted by this special rich flavor and named it “Tie Guan Yin”.
